Mandatory Manager Training

Effective January 2018

EVERY MANAGER working in a DABC retail licensed business must complete a Manager Training Program as a condition of renewing their DABC license.

A “manager“ includes owners and employees that act in a supervisory or managerial capacity over the furnishing of an alcoholic product.  Each of these individuals shall be listed on the renewal form and must successfully complete the training program prior the renewal deadline.

Also, all new DABC applicants will be required to comply as well, and now all managers must be trained as a condition of receiving a DABC license.

Trainings will be conducted at the DABC and the cost is $25 per manager. Call ahead and register as seating is limited. Current Licensees may call their compliance officer or call the office at 801-977-6800 to schedule a training.
